B9Game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and B9Game ("b9game," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at b9game.wine. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the b9game platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account and do not use the b9game platform. If you already have an account and no longer agree to these Terms, contact us to close your account before continuing to use the platform.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the b9game website at b9game.wine, including all games, features, payment facilities, and support channels accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the b9game platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited in PKR by the player that are available for wagering and withdrawal without bonus restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other incentive funds credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus value).
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used on the b9game platform.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions described in Section 8 of these Terms that are not permitted on the b9game platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process b9game uses to confirm a player's identity before processing withdrawals or at any point the platform deems necessary.

Eligibility to Use B9Game

To register and use a b9game account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Pakistan and are accessing b9game from within Pakistan.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not employed by b9game or any affiliated company, and you are not a close family member of any such employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from b9game or had a b9game account permanently closed due to breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.

B9Game reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Account Registration and Verification

When you register a b9game account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one b9game account. If you attempt to open a second account, or are found to control multiple accounts, b9game will close all duplicate accounts and may close your original account as well. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials — your mobile number, password, and any PIN used for account access. B9Game will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or chat. If someone contacts you claiming to be b9game support and requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to us immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before b9game will process any withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a valid form of Pakistani government-issued identification and, in some cases, proof of address or payment method ownership. KYC requests are processed within 24 hours in most cases. The platform may perform KYC checks at any time, not only at the withdrawal stage.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on b9game are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). B9Game supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. B9Game does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals on its end. Your payment provider may apply their own interbank or service fees, which are outside b9game's control. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted. B9Game may return third-party deposits and suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. B9Game may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or when suspicious activity patterns are detected. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page, though external banking delays beyond b9game's control may occasionally extend processing times.

Bonuses and Promotions

B9Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms — eligibility conditions, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, contribution rates, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published on the Promotions page and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all b9game bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and passed basic verification.
• Each welcome bonus is available to a player only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• When a player holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money is wagered first by default. Bonus balance is only used once real money balance reaches zero, unless the specific game or table requires a minimum bet that exceeds the real money balance.
• Certain games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games including Andar Bahar contribute 10%–50%, and table games may contribute at lower rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• B9Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after it has already been claimed by a player, existing qualifying wagering progress will be honoured.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the b9game platform operate according to rules published within the game interface or the dedicated game information pages on the platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules and accept that the outcome of that game is final once the round is completed.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on b9game use certified random number generation software that is independently tested for fairness. The output of any individual RNG round cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party — including b9game itself. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment — cards, wheels, or other game tools as appropriate — streamed in real time via high-definition video. The dealing process is visible to all players at the table. Live dealer rounds are final once the dealer confirms the result and the round is closed on the system.

In the event of a technical failure — such as a disconnection during a live game round or a system error mid-spin on a slot — b9game's system logs are used to determine the state of the game at the time of the failure. If the round was completed, the result stands. If the round was interrupted before a result was determined, the stake is returned to the player's account. B9Game's determination in these cases is final.

B9Game does not manipulate game outcomes and does not permit operators, staff, or third parties to do so. Any player who believes they have witnessed or experienced unfair game results should contact support immediately with as much detail as possible, including the game name, round identifier, time, and nature of the concern.

Responsible Gaming

B9Game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended as entertainment — not as a financial instrument, investment strategy, or means of generating regular income. By using b9game, you acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all b9game account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time alerts: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous gameplay to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for a chosen duration. Self-exclusion is immediate, irreversible for the chosen period, and cannot be lifted at your own request during the exclusion window.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-ups during gameplay that display session duration and net profit or loss.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9game platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement:

1. Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or avoid a suspension.
2. Using automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to interact with b9game games, the lobby, or payment systems in place of a human player.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games or poker-style formats.
4. Money laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of moving them through the platform and withdrawing them as cleaned funds. B9Game is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
5. Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits using stolen or unauthorised payment details, or initiating payment disputes without legitimate grounds after receiving gaming services.
6. Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a bug or technical error to accumulate funds or credits beyond what would have been received under normal operation.
7. Impersonation: Using another person's identity, account, or payment method to access or use b9game.
8. Threatening or abusive conduct: Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner towards b9game staff or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

B9Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that indicates fraudulent use of a payment method.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate account action.

When an account is suspended for investigation, real money balances are held securely and returned to the verified account holder if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be partially or wholly forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact b9game support. Any real money balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

Intellectual Property

All content on the b9game platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, game assets, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of b9game or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to use b9game's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the platform as intended by a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any b9game content without prior written permission from b9game. Screenshots of gameplay shared on personal social media for non-commercial purposes are generally acceptable, provided they do not misrepresent b9game or its services.

Limitation of Liability

B9Game provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. While b9game invests significantly in platform stability and security, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from technical failures or security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9game's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. B9Game is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

B9Game is not responsible for any losses you incur as a direct result of the outcome of games — wagering outcomes are inherent to gambling and are accepted by you as a condition of play. B9Game is also not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials or your choice to share account access with a third party.

Privacy and Data Handling

B9Game collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and gameplay data — in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to b9game processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

B9Game does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as strictly necessary to operate the platform. Data may also be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Amendments to These Terms

B9Game may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b9game will notify registered players via the email or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the b9game platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within that timeframe, we will provide an explanation and a projected resolution timeline.
